Hormone Harmony Hub Skool Community
Understand your hormones.
Support your nervous system.
Stop trying to figure it all out alone.
ADHD-friendly hormone education, nervous-system support and community for women navigating hormones, ADHD and perimenopause.
You’ve read the books.
Saved eleventy billion Instagram posts
Bought the supplements.
Probably forgotten to actually take most of them.
You know quite a lot about hormones already…
And yet somehow, you still don’t know what YOUR body needs.
Because more information isn’t necessarily the answer.
Sometimes you need someone to help you join the dots.
Welcome to the Hormone Harmony Hub.
A place to understand your body, regulate your nervous system and navigate your hormones alongside women who get it.
Hormone health is complicated.
ADHD can make navigating it even harder.
When something feels wrong, the ADHD brain can go into research mode as intellectualising our experince becomes the safe parent.
Suddenly you’re reading about: Progesterone. Oestrogen. Cortisol. Blood sugar. Histamine. Thyroid. Gut health. Inflammation. Dopamine. And approximately 17 supplements you apparently needed yesterday.
Before you know it, you’ve gone from wanting to understand why you’re waking at 4am…
…to wondering whether you need a DUTCH test, a continuous glucose monitor and a new husband! It’s exhausting.
And it’s exactly why I created the Hormone Harmony Hub.
What if you didn’t have to work it all out by yourself?
The Hormone Harmony Hub is my ongoing membership for women who want to understand their hormones and nervous system in a way that actually feels manageable.
Instead of throwing everything at your body at once, we slow things down.
We get curious.
We learn what matters.
We start noticing patterns.
And gradually, you build the knowledge and confidence to understand what your body might actually be asking for.
No perfect protocol.
No hormone fear-mongering.
No 47-step morning routine.
Just grounded, evidence-informed hormone education and support designed with an ADHD nervous system in mind.
Because your hormones don’t exist in isolation.
Your menstrual cycle doesn’t exist separately from your stress response.
Your blood sugar doesn’t exist separately from your sleep.
Your thyroid doesn’t exist separately from your reproductive hormones.
Your gut, liver, histamine and immune system are all part of the conversation too.
And your ADHD certainly doesn’t exist separately from any of them.
Inside the Hub, I help you understand how these systems interact so that your symptoms begin to make more sense.
We explore things like:
- ADHD & hormonal fluctuations
- Perimenopause
- Progesterone
- Oestrogen
- Blood-sugar regulation
- The nervous system
- Stress hormones
- Thyroid health
- Histamine & inflammation
- Gut health
- Liver health & hormone metabolism
- Sleep & circadian rhythm
- Movement
- Menstrual-cycle awareness
- HRT through an ADHD-informed lens
- And how all these pieces interact
But crucially…
We don’t try to tackle everything at once.
Because information is only useful if your brain can actually process it.
Supporting your hormones isn’t just about learning more.
We need education to understand what is happening.
We need regulation to support the nervous system underneath it all.
And we need connection because navigating hormones, ADHD and perimenopause can feel incredibly lonely when you’re doing it by yourself.
That’s why every month inside the Hormone Harmony Hub follows a simple rhythm:
LEARN. REGULATE. CONNECT.
LEARN
Monthly Hormone Deep-Dive + Q&A
Each month we’ll explore one important piece of the hormone puzzle.
I’ll teach you the science.
Then I’ll translate it into actual human language!
We’ll explore what it might look like in real life and how it could connect with the patterns you’re noticing in your own body.
Importantly, there’ll be plenty of space for questions on the live Q&A.
I’ll help you think it through rather than simply telling you what to think.
Because you don’t need to become your own endocrinologist. You don’t need to remember every biochemical pathway and there will absolutely not be any tests!
I want you to understand your body well enough to ask better questions, make informed choices and trust yourself again.
CONNECT
Sometimes we simply need to be with other women who get it.
I created this community so women have a welcoming space to talk about the reality of hormones, ADHD, perimenopause and everything that comes with them.
The rage. The brain fog. The changing body. Relationships. Motherhood. Work. Identity. The “Who even AM I anymore?” moments.
And hopefully some laughter too!
This isn’t about fixing one another.
It’s about being witnessed, supported and reminded:
You aren’t navigating this alone.
Learn & Connect.
Every month you’ll have:
LEARN
One educational hormone deep-dive + live Q&A.
CONNECT
A safe space to be with likeminded women.
Plus access to the growing hormone education and resource library and your private community.
Because I don’t believe women need another wellness space telling them to do more.
I want to give you somewhere you can understand your body, support your nervous system and feel held by a community while you navigate it.
Think of it as hormone education without the overwhelm.
There is an enormous amount of information about hormones out there.
The problem is knowing what actually matters.
Inside the Hub, we slow everything down.
Each month we focus on a particular piece of the puzzle.
We look at the science.
We connect it to the bigger hormonal picture.
And I help you think critically about what might be relevant for you.
Over time, something begins to shift.
Instead of desperately searching for the next answer…
you begin to understand your own patterns.
You become more confident asking questions.
You become better equipped to advocate for yourself.
And perhaps most importantly…
You start trusting your body again.
This is probably for you if…
You have ADHD – diagnosed, self-identified or suspected – and hormones seem to make everything louder.
You’re navigating perimenopause and suddenly the strategies that used to keep you functioning aren’t cutting it anymore.
Your mood, sleep, focus, motivation or emotional regulation seem to change across your cycle.
You experience difficult periods, PMS/PMT, PMDD-type symptoms or cyclical overwhelm.
You’re curious about HRT but want to understand your body and your options.
You’ve accumulated supplements, tests, podcasts, books and screenshots…
…but still don’t really know where to start.
You want evidence-informed education without being told there is one “right” way to manage your hormones.
You recognise that nervous-system support might be an important piece of your health.
You want somewhere you can learn without feeling overwhelmed.
And you’d really quite like to be around other women who understand what you’re experiencing.
Or perhaps…
You simply want somewhere you can ask:
“Is this a hormone thing?!”
…and know that nobody is going to look at you like you’ve lost the plot.
This isn’t another programme you have to “keep up with”.
Please read that again.
Because this matters.
You cannot fall behind in the Hormone Harmony Hub.
There is no gold star for attending every session….no guilt if you disappear for three weeks because life happened…no expectation that you implement everything I teach.
Watch the educational session back when your brain has capacity & just spend a month mostly lurking in the community!
You do not have to consume everything.
Although I expect you will want to!.
The Hub is here to support your life.
Your life does not need to revolve around the Hub.
I’m Adele.
I’m a Women’s Health Practitioner specialising in the intersection of ADHD, hormones and perimenopause and I am living this stuff right alongside you too.
I know how easy it is to become completely consumed by trying to work out what your body is doing.
I also know how vulnerable it can feel when your mood changes, your ADHD traits intensify, sleep disappears and suddenly you don’t quite recognise yourself.
My work brings together:
Hormone science.
Neurodivergent-informed care.
Nervous-system awareness.
Menstrual-cycle literacy.
Informed choice around HRT.
And most importantly…
Your lived experience.
Because your body isn’t a problem for me to solve.
My role is to help you understand it.
I don’t want you dependent on another expert.
I want the opposite.
I want you to understand why your symptoms might be happening.
To recognise patterns.
To know what questions to ask.
To understand your options.
To be able to walk into conversations about your health feeling informed rather than intimidated.
To gradually develop something many women have lost after years of confusing symptoms and conflicting advice:
Trust in yourself.
Science + self-trust.
I love science.
I also believe we need to listen to the body living underneath all that science.
So inside this space there is room for evidence.
There is room for curiosity.
There is room for nuance.
There is room for nervous-system regulation and somatic practices.
There is room for community.
There is room for not knowing.
And there is room for you to decide what feels right for your body.
This isn’t about blindly following protocols.
It’s about becoming hormone literate enough to make informed, embodied choices.

One more thing…
You don’t need to fix everything, you don’t need another enormous health plan.
What you might need is somewhere to bring all the pieces…somewhere that understands ADHD and hormones. Science and the nervous system….education and lived experience….somewhere you can learn at a pace that doesn’t send your brain into paralysis….somewhere you can exhale.
That’s what I want the Hormone Harmony Hub to be.
A place where we stop fighting our bodies… and start understanding them…..where you don’t have to know everything….where you don’t have to do everything…and where you don’t have to figure it all out alone.
Learn & Connect.
