Your starting point for
Personalised Hormone Support
Personalised hormone support for women navigating complexity
If you’re here, you may already know that something isn’t right, but you may not yet know where to start.
That’s common, especially for ADHD women and those navigating perimenopause, where symptoms can feel layered, inconsistent, and hard to untangle.
My work is designed to offer clarity first, then support that deepens only if and when it’s needed.
There is no pressure to commit to long-term work immediately. Women often begin with a single session, or with education through my course, and move forward from there.
How I support women

Hormones & Headspace (Self-Paced Course)
Hormones & Headspace is my education-first programme for women who want to understand what’s happening in their body before seeking personalised care.
It’s designed for women and those navigating hormonal shifts who want structured, evidence-based guidance without high executive demand. If you are overwhelmed with conflicting information, this is the place to start.
Inside, we explore:
• The interaction between hormones, menstrual symptoms and mental well being
• Why symptoms can intensify during perimenopause
• Nervous-system stabilisation before optimisation
• Practical, realistic next steps
• How to make informed decisions about your care
For some women, this provides enough clarity on its own.
For others, it becomes the foundation before working with me in clinic.

1:1 Hormone Clinic
I offer 1:1 hormone clinics designed to help you understand what’s happening in YOUR body, why certain symptoms are showing up, and co-create a plan to address them, without overwhelm.
My approach combines:
- A clear, evidence-based, nervous-system-led plan
- Hormone science and pattern recognition
- Nervous-system-aware support
- Education tailored to your body and context
- Space for informed, consensual decision-making
All functional and medical testing is available as deemed necessary.
This is about understanding the why before deciding the what.
If you’re unsure where to begin
You don’t need to decide everything now.
Many women start with a single session, gain clarity, and then decide whether ongoing support feels right. Others use education and tracking as their first step. There is no “correct” pathway, only what feels supportive at this stage. If you’re unsure, the Hormone Clarity session is the recommended starting point.
